The Women’s PowerStrategy Conference “is a gathering of leaders from diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise who are joining forces to educate and inspire women of all ages to believe and invest in their own talents, skills and potential.”

Talented individuals such as California Arts Council Chair Malissa Shriver, bestselling author Patricia V. Davis, A Band of Wives founder Christine Bronstein, Comedy Central comedian Joe Klocek and KRCB’s Gilbert Mansergh will be joining dozens of other fabulous speakers in a day-long event that featuires talks and workshops on everything from technology to relationships, to business to healthful eating, that will leave every attendee motivated to live her best life.

The Women’s PowerStrategy Conference is aimed at women ages 13 to 113, but men are also welcome, and a number of our speakers are males who believe that to invest in the power and potential of women is to create a better society for all.

The Women’s PowerStrategy Conference will be hosting the high school age girls of San Domenico School as well as three local award-winning chapters of Girls Inc. For every adult ticket purchased, one girl will be able to attend the conference, meet the speakers and enjoy a delightful lunch, free of charge. There is space for vendors to sell products and services, and we encourage women-run and women-owned local business to participate.

This June, Patricia V. Davis will be hosting 2  one-week long writing workshops on the glorious island of Samos in Greece! You’ll spend your mornings after breakfast with Patricia  talking about your own writing and fellow students’ writing, and creating new work with helpful hints from several unique writing exercises.  A special evening session will be dedicated to the assessment, marketability and potential avenues for publication for each participating writer's work.
